The year I started my garden, I planted 63 tomato plants.... and the most memorable?! THIS ONE!!
I have no idea what it's technically called, but it was delicious. A prolific producer and I made sure to save the seeds so i could experience that joy over and over again.
And now? I have about 60 plants in my tunnelhouse of this variety - and I get to share that joy with you!
Originally from a "Heirloom Mix" packet of super cool tomato plants (yes! tomatoes can be cool). She's meaty, fleshy, and the perfect slicer for sourdough, or blending into fresh pasta sauce.
