Shipping policy
We want to make sure your goodies – whether leafy or lovely – arrive safe, sound, and in great condition. Here's how we handle shipping at our place:
All Orders Sent with Tracking
We courier all parcels using NZ Post with tracked delivery, so you can follow your order from our door to yours. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your parcel's on the move.
Shipping Live Plants
Because plants are living things (and we want them to arrive happy!), we only send live plants on Mondays.
This helps ensure they arrive before the weekend, avoiding any long stays in courier depots.

Please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery.

If your plant can't be delivered safely, it may be left in a sheltered spot or returned to the depot – keep an eye on your tracking!
Non-Perishable Products
All non-perishable items (like pots, tools, or giftware) will be packed and shipped as soon as possible.
We'll send you a tracking email as soon as it's on the way.
Local Pickup
Prefer to collect your order yourself? No problem!
Local pickup is available by arrangement – just select the "pickup" option at checkout and we'll be in touch to organise a time that works for you.
